WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
What began as a backflow testing company quickly grew through word-of-mouth referrals and long-lasting customer relationships. As demand increased, Horn's expanded into commercial plumbing services, partnering with property management companies, shopping centers, apartment communities, and commercial facilities throughout Southern California.
Over the years, the company continued to grow from its humble beginnings in Castaic to offices in Acton and eventually Valencia. Each move represented another milestone in the company's commitment to serving more customers while maintaining the same family-owned values it was built upon.
Today, Horn's Backflow & Plumbing Service proudly serves commercial plumbing and residential and commercial customers throughout Southern California. More than two decades later, we remain dedicated to delivering reliable service, building lasting relationships, and treating every customer like family.

When an old apartment building in Valencia needed a cost-effective sewer line repair, Horn’s Backflow & Plumbing stepped up with an innovative, non-invasive solution. Using the Quick Shot lining system, our team successfully installed a new pipe inside the existing structure, completing the project in less than a day while minimizing disruption.
